Nobunaga''s Ambition is a historical simulation game set in the Sengoku period, where players can become a warlord, such as Oda Nobunaga or Takeda Shingen, and aim to unify Japan through domestic politics, diplomacy, and battles. For the first time in the PSP version, players can also play as a subordinate warlord under a daimyo, navigating internal divisions, promotions, and faction formation. The game introduces a "strategy phase" for real-time battles, allowing players to plan based on enemy movements. It includes 12 diverse scenarios, around 1,800 warlords, and 150 castles, offering a rich experience. Special customization and editor functions, such as warlord and castle editing, allow players to tailor gameplay, while the "registered event" feature enables the creation of original historical events.
