In 2500 A.D. 10 Million people live in flood risk area in Metalpolis city. The Goverment has discovered that melting Icebergs are increasing the water level in nearby rivers. Therefor the Goverment has a important role in warning the citenzens and finding solutions urgently before the flooding becomes a unsolvable problem. Dr. Minofski teh scientist has developed a robot that can destruct all Icebergs without increacing the water level.
