Rock'n MegaSession (Japan) - MAME - Rhythm / Music

The two-player edition of Jaleco's Rock'n series of rhythm games. Each player presses a tilting "pick switch" in time with the instrument (selectable from guitar, bass, and keyboard) while simultaneously pressing a foot pedal in time with the drums. In MAME, this is emulated as simply pressing two buttons.
