Guts'n (Japan) - MAME - Arcade Action

Guts'n is a puzzle game reminiscent of Dr. Mario, where the objective is to get rid of evil viruses. The main difference here is that the player controls a small nurses directly inside the playing field, that will directly inject medicine into the viruses themselves, causing them to slide around and connect then vanish, as they would in Puyo Puyo or Columns.
