Green Beret (Irem) - MAME - Arcade Action

Green Beret (not to be confused with the 1985 Konami game of the same name) is a run and gun arcade game. It was the last game to run on their M10 hardware and uses a two-way joystick and a single button. The player controls a character in a fixed board and has to shoot at enemies without getting hit by the enemies (some are stationary at the edge of the board and shoot at you, others are mobile and run at you). The "rocks" on the board protect you until they are destroyed by the shots, you will have to fight your way through them to eliminate the enemies on the edge of the board.
